Astro Bharat — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Astro Bharat. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Astro Bharat mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of Services

Astro Bharat provides astrology-related content and services such as horoscopes, kundli generation, tarot readings, numerology, reports, chat and call sessions, and related guidance ("Services"). All Services are provided for entertainment and guidance purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Astro Bharat is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use where the user failed to keep credentials secure.

4. Payments

Fees for paid Services (including chat, calls, reports, and live sessions) will be displayed in the app prior to purchase. Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways and are subject to their terms. We do not store card details. All charges are final except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

5. Interaction with Astrologers

Astrologers and consultants providing Services on the platform are independent professionals. Their opinions, interpretations and recommendations are their own, not those of Astro Bharat. We do not guarantee the accuracy, outcomes, or effectiveness of any prediction or advice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

• Use abusive, defamatory or offensive language;
• Harass, stalk, or threaten any astrologer or user;
• Attempt to defraud, spam, or manipulate the platform;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with or misuse the app or its APIs;
• Violate any applicable law or third-party right.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro Bharat and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses) arising from your use of the Service. You acknowledge that decisions made based on astrological content are your responsibility.

8. Modification of Services

Astro Bharat may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also change these Terms; material changes will be posted in the app or communicated to registered users.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason permitted by law. You may also close your account by contacting support.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
